Tournament Teams,

I regret to inform you that the President's Day Cup and Showcase has been cancelled.

The permit to use the Warhill Complex has been pulled. 

The APEX contracted hotels are being notified that the event was cancelled.  Please cancel your hotel reservations.  The tournament team will convene on Monday.  We will communicate our refund policy for all teams next week.

I appreciate your patience and understanding; these decisions never come easy.
